Aida Express 1250

    Hello guys,


    I have read confliciting information about my Aida Lantern. Some say that the Aida Express is made same factory as Petromax and is exactly the same lantern as the Petromax 250. And somewhere else I read that parts can be slightly different, ie threads are a little different. Could anyone shine a little light on this? It would be nice if I could use jet nozzle and pricker needles from Petromax lanterns.

    i have such a lamp, and it looks verylike an Petromax 250,
    but the finish is very much better.


    So it can be, that it was made on the same machines than PX
    but they were a lot of nice detail better worked


    i think a lot of spare parts are the same, but i cannot say if all
    because i need no spare parts until yet

    unscrew the lamp and a PX 250 and than i will see, if its the same :-)

    the spare parts of the Petromax will fit; i´ve taken the injector nozzle (# 50 ) and the needle ( # 68 ) from Pelam for my AIDA 1250 Express and it works very well!
