Ciao Markus, it's exactly the same oven! But now I miss the beautiful upper part...
How can I research that part?
What is his name in German?
Thank you very much!

Hi Micha.
In fact I had seen some more recent Demon heaters searching the forum.
So it ran on kerosene, not oil?
What a beautiful restoration work shown in the link.
Thank you

Such ovens run on kerosene, here in Germany it's called "Lampenöl" (highly purified Paraffine oil), colloquial "Petroleum".

What do you mean by "oil"?
Do not fill gasoline or Diesel in that type of oven!

I didn't know that Kerosene was paraffin... And by oil I meant petroleum... Sorry, I didn't understand

The english term for "Petroleum" is "kerosene"...
There is commercially purified kerosene for the kerosene lamps and stoves or ovens. This is not to be confused with the kerosene used in painting, which is used for cleaning and thinning. It is not so pure and smells correspondingly strong (even when burned).
Hope that helps.
