40+ mantles are plated thicker with glowsalts, the idea was to get more light - which more or less failed, but the lifetime of those mantles are higher than ordinary ones.
Double-hole-mantles need an additional mantle-carrier, which ceeps the mantle off from breaking while transport. (prevents mechanic-movement)
