Parts Missing

    Hello Honorable Companionmembers,


    I am tskiter, or Ton and a reasonably new pressure lantern collector
    Bought my first 2 lamps on jan 18th ´07 when it was very wild wheather in the Netherlands.( a real gale blew over the lowlands)


    But, last thursday, my lucky day! :juggle:
    Bought two type 835 Petromax hanging lamps in one go!
    Never expected to find one so soon really, but I did.
    And a couple of spare shades with them. YAYAYAYAYAYA!!!!!!!


    My quest to the Honorable Forum Members, who no doubt have a lot more experience that I have:


    What does one do when the preheater dishes with mantle ingniters aren't there anymore?
    I understood glasses, stone burners, gaskets and pumpleathers are no real problem. But methylated spirit trays.........


    Nervously hoping for very good advice I am now going to cook some dinner

    getting two of them is something unusual, so fell yourself as a lucky one.
    I'm not an expert for your hanging-lamp, but I do know a lot of sources for getting the missing parts.
