i got some peerless Mantles in different sizes. They are very good. But i believe that the Coleman 1111 Mantle is a very good Mantle too. Especially for your 500 lanterns. At the Pelam Shop you can order 500 Mantles also. I got some off them and they are very bright.

These are very stable and make nice bright light.

If you want to check the Peerless mantles get some from Cigar Mike (see my PN, no links to shops allowed here). He ships worldwide without any problem. All the Coleman collectors are very happy with the Peerless. They are also used by the Amish and they should know best.

Peerless are very good....the best in my experience..I've tried lots of different mantles...
I will send you a packet if you want to test them before you make a bigger order...Just PM me if interested...Personally I would not buy another Coleman mantle ever again after using these...and all would agree at the CCF....

There in another tread the pseudonym "fox0512" told that the superb most brightest mantle for Petromax HK 500 CP would be the "500cp Peerless mantles". I have tried to find these in Finland but without success. What do you think, are these Peerless mantles really so much brighter than any other mantles?
