Das ist die Antwort eines Händlers auf meine Frage, ob er einen passenden Docht hat bzw. weiß woher ich eine passende Brandscheibe bekommen kann:
Hi Daniel,
I have never seen a lamp like that before. It appears to be a version of the L&B Belgian only smaller. The wick sleeve is very unique and simple. The overall shape of the components is similar to lamps made in Turkey before WW II.
If I have the measurements correct the wick is 38mm (1.5") wide and the chimney is 520mm (2.04") base diameter.
The chimney should be a standard 15''' Matador if in fact the base diameter is 2.04".
The wick is very close to an obsolete British size of 1.5" wide, mid-way between the #0L and #1M size wicks. Lamps using that size wick are so rare that I have not had wicks made in that size. You can make a wick for the lamp by cutting a #1M wick seam, laying it flat, trimming off about 5/8" and then sewing it back up to make a tube. You would have to sew around a mandrel or rod of the same diameter as the center draft tube.
Great photos, but I am of no help to you at all.
