looking for Patent of Josef Rosenthal (Wien)

However, there is no patent on such items where the publication country is AT and the name is Josef Rosenthal.

the Phoebus factories in Vienna still belonged to Josef Rosenthal until the early 1930s. However, it is quite possible that J. Rosenthal had to sell his company after the annexation of Austria to the German Reich.

Post-war brochures, a copy of which I have, show that Phoebus Werke now belonged to the Austrian company A. Novak & Co. in Vienna.

One patent from 1932 is AT-0137065B

If you search on the German Patent Office (link above) with 'Phoebus Werke' you'll find about 15 patents from this company concerning pressure lamps and stoves.

Hello David,

an early patent from Josef Rosenthal is DE72435. (7th May 1893) But it does not belong to stoves.
