Since ALG is a French manufacturer, it is obviously out of the question.
Your lantern is a Belgian PETROFLAM 110. Almost nothing is known about production times and manufacturers. The collectors from Holland sometimes know a few more details.

I do think I'd remember another belgian brand named "Wilba", mostly unmarked except for "Made in Belgium", maybe Julian will know more... I'll ask him...

Yes, "Wilba" was, along with "Nicoln", another of at least three Belgian assault lantern brands that were produced there over time.
This example "110", however, belongs to Petroflam.
At least that was the result of the last brainstorming session on this subject.
The differences between Wilba and Petroflam in particular are small, but it cannot be ruled out that they are all products of the same manufacturer. Henk has an extensive collection for belgian lanterns in this respect with good opportunities for comparison.
