Davey & Co is an English firm, established in 1885 and still in bussines. They sell maritime items. I bought this lantern multiple times the past years, i think these are replica ship lights, probably from the 80's, 90's.
I think the lantern in the link has never been used on board of a ship, and I think they are produced only as a decorative lantern. Also don't found any lantern yet of this brand which has been used on a ship.
