Hi
i have a Vapolux M320 with the following problems.
1. Mantle turns black and white
2. Flames come out underneath the Mantle ?
3. i cant put a Mantle on without either Pulling the thread out or breaking it ?
Hope someone can help !!!

when its lit the mantel is speckeled und flames come out from under the mantel sometimes through the mantel ?
